Here I will try and enlighten you with some information regarding Andalucia,it's culture the people, current education/school standards and generally what to expect if you are looking to migrate.
First of all it's a very family friendly place to live but don't expect to walk straight into any kind of employment .You will need some disposable income and some form of insurance to protect you and your family during your settlement period.
All towns and Villages have a G/P-Doctors Surgery and most large Towns and all Cities have a Hospital or 2 and believe me from experiance they will impress you with the level of care that is provided,Make sure that you have all the relevant information so that you can register all of your family straight away for immediate cover.
All of the Towns and most of the Villages have a School they are state run so the national curriculum is in Spanish and interspersed with some language lessons generally in English,When you enrol your children they will be dropped in at the deep end and have to learn the language very quickly indeed. Most Towns and Villages run free Spanish lessons for foreigners as they do with English lessons for the Spanish this can help with settling in.Another thing to remember is that parents have to buy all their own childrens books and writing tools.
For those that can afford to send their children to private schools you will find many that are English run with English curriculum and standards they are expensive and you will need to be prepared to travel to the nearest in your area subject to where you locate to that is,Search online for private schools in Andalucia/Spain.
